General information
- We ship to anywhere worldwide from Banda Hong Kong. Ready-made Watchstraps ship within 2-4 business days. For Tailor-Made straps, time for fabricating an order is around 14 days (most of the orders are completed and shipped out earlier than 14 days; however we regret sometimes a delay may happen due to back-ordering of materials.
- Orders are sent out by registered mail via post office and shipping charge is US$5.00 per order. Quantity purchase incurrs only one shipping charge. Time for delivery is usually 10-14 days. Please be reminded that a registered mail requires someone to sign a delivery receipt at the time of delivery. You may like to contact your nearest post office if you do not receive the mail after waiting for a reasonable length of time as it might have been held in the post office if unclaimed during the initial delivery. Please note that online tracking is not available for registered mail.
- Express shipping is US$30.00. Therefore, add $25.00 to the $5.00 regular shipping and have shipment go either by Speed Post or UPS Express service as determined by us . With this option, delivery usually takes 2-3 days with online tracking. Please adjust your order's total when submitting payment. At the same time, please notify us separately by e-mailing to info@banda.com and by typing your order reference # and 'Express shipping' in the subject line.

Return policy
We hope that what you purchased is exactly you want. However we cannot accept returns of custom made items, unless the reason for return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part, in which case we will repair or replace the item to your satisfaction. You will have to package the returned item/s carefully and send back in its original condition by express delivery service with a tracking # at your own expense. Please enclose an explanation of what is wrong. Banda will undertake to ship back the repaired or replaced item/s. Prior to returning an item, please e-mail us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. The number should be written on return envelope. Any returned items that are not accompanied by a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. If in the case of a refund, a $10.00 handling and payment gateway processing fee is non-refundable for each order. Thank you for your understanding.

HOW TO
 |  |  | REMOVING OLD STRAP Work from the back of the watch, and maintain a grip on the watch and strap with the hand not holding the tool. Insert the forked end of a spring bar tool and work the tip in and pushing a bit of the existing strap out of the way. |
| Release the spring bar and the strap by pushing down the shoulder of the spring bar. |
| MOUNTING NEW STRAP Insert the spring bar into your new watch strap. The spring bar in the strap should be mounted into the two pinholes at watch lug. Insert one end of the spring bar into one pinhole. |

| Insert the long strap through the compartment. Close the compartment with the buckle pin locked into one of the adjustment holes of the strap. |
